County to host Ribbon Cutting for C-FORT Recovery Resource Center Oct. 28 at 11 a.m.
 
FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – The Cumberland County Board of Commissioners will host a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house Monday, Oct. 28, at 11 a.m. for the new Cumberland-Fayetteville Opioid Response Team (C-FORT) Recovery Resource Center. Members of the media are invited to attend. The ribbon cutting will be held at the location of the Recovery Resource Center at 707 Executive Pl., Fayetteville.
 
What:
The C-FORT Recovery Resource Center, an initiative of C-FORT, aims to create a resource hub for individuals impacted by substance use and who are seeking recovery support services. The Recovery Center will offer peer support and harm reduction services, recovery groups and a range of classes and events supported by community partners. The Center is supported by community partners and made possible with Opioid Settlement Funds.
