Cumberland County Community Development has released a draft of the 2026–2027 Annual Action Plan (AAP) for public review. Residents are encouraged to provide feedback during the review period, which is open through April 20, 2026. The Annual Action Plan outlines projects and funding priorities for the program year July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
