Pastor Demetria Davis is a native of Fayetteville, NC. Upon Graduation from Fayetteville Terry Sanford High in 1998, she earned a full Athletic Scholarship to the University of South Carolina. She majored in exercise science. She holds the University record for the most decorated Athlete in the school's history with 21 All-American honors. Because of her extensive and impressive college career she was named to the 2023 University of South Carolina Athletic Hall of Fame. After college she pursued a professional track and field career endorsed by NIKE where she traveled to over 13 countries competing for the United States. One of her greatest track and field achievements was earning a gold medal in the 2003 World championships, in Paris, France. She also holds a Master of Education Degree from Liberty University. Demetria has been married to Pastor Christopher Davis for 14 years and has 5 kids and 1 granddaughter and 1 grandson.
Pastor Demetria is also a member of the Fayetteville- Cumberland County Parks and Recreation advisory board, Fayetteville Sports Hall of Fame, Fayetteville’s 40 under 40 recipient, 2021 Mrs. South Carolina International, 2021 North Carolina Mother of the year by American Mother’s Inc, and the Spectrum One “Pay it forward” grant worth $15,000 for commercial advertising. Pastor Demetria was Affirmed as a Pastor in 2012. She and her husband Planted their ministry in 2012 in Fayetteville NC what is now known as Force of Life Fayetteville, where Faith, Family, and Fellowship greet you at the door and permeate through the community.
