Senior Director of Financial Aid

Fayetteville Technical Community College is recruiting for a new member to join our Student Services Team and now accepting applications for a full-time Senior Director of Financial Aid!

The Senior Director of Financial Aid serves as Leader for the College’s student financial aid programs and services consisting of federal, state, private, and institutional financing; to provide highly responsible and complex support to the Associate Vice President for Student Services; and to coordinate assigned activities with other College divisions, departments, and outside organizations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration or a closely related field; or equivalent.
• A minimum of five years of experience in financial aid administration, with 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
