WCCG 104.5 FM is seeking a reliable, organized, and creative Office Manager to help oversee daily operations at Fayetteville’s locally owned hip-hop and R&B station. The Office Manager serves as the central hub for administrative coordination, traffic scheduling, and social-media management—ensuring the station runs efficiently and maintains a professional, engaging presence on-air and online.
This role supports staff, management, advertisers, and community partners while maintaining structure, communication, and momentum across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced media environment. No experience is required, but at least two years of administrative, marketing, or media experience is suggested.
Manage day-to-day office operations, staff scheduling, and inter-department communication.
Maintain supply inventory, vendor relationships, and organized filing systems.
Coordinate meetings, production calendars, and event logistics.
Support HR processes such as onboarding, timekeeping, and personnel updates.
Handle phone calls, email correspondence, and visitor inquiries professionally.
Prepare and maintain commercial traffic logs for radio broadcast scheduling.
Collaborate with Sales and Production teams to ensure ads and sponsorships air accurately and on time.
Verify placement, reconcile logs, and provide affidavits for billing accuracy.
Help manage commercial inventory and ensure FCC compliance.
Oversee WCCG’s social-media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content promoting station shows, events, and advertisers.
Respond to listener messages and comments promptly and professionally.
Track engagement metrics and assist with campaign planning and execution.
Coordinate with Promotions on contests, events, and cross-platform marketing.
Assist Sales with client communication, contract organization, and campaign tracking.
Support station events, community appearances, and live broadcasts.
Maintain CRM records and help ensure smooth collaboration between departments.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social-media tools.
Basic understanding of marketing, promotions, or broadcasting preferred.
No prior experience required, but at least two (2) years of experience is suggested.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
