Qualified Profession Innovation Services Manager

The Qualified Professional(QP) is reponsible for overseeing and supervising the Innovations Waiver Program. The QP ensures compliance with state regulations, company policies and procedures. The QP works collaboratively with consumer's natural supports, other service providers, state management agencies, and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a positive relationships with clients, parent/guardians, treatment team members, case managers, therapist, MCO's etc. Develop goals and task analysis and upload the information into CCW.
  • Ensure goals are being implemented correctly.
  • Complete staff scheduling
  • Attend treatment team meetings/SIS meetings and ISP meetings
  • Attendance and participation at all supervisions, meeting, in-service training for agency
  • Participate in Quality Assurance activities for the agency

Qualifications

A "Qualified professional"must be a graduate of a college or university with a Master’s degree in a human service field and has one year of full-time, post-graduate degree accumulated MH/DD/SA experience with the population served, or must be a graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in a human service field and has two years of full-time, post-bachelor's degree accumulated MH/DD/SA experience with the population served,or must be a graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in a field other than human services and has four years of full-time, post-bachelor's degree accumulated MH/DD/SA experience with the population served.
