Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients in person, over the phone, or via email and direct them appropriately
  • Assist with basic customer inquiries regarding policies, payments, and quotes (under supervision)
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with clients
  • Maintain and update client records in the agency’s system (CRM)
  • Upkeep all social media accounts for the company
  • Process & organize paperwork such as applications, claims forms, and policy updates
  • Ensure the office remains organized and professional at all times

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems)
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn insurance products and processes
