I am an independent broker serving Fayetteville and surrounding areas. I help people find the best version of the insurance that they are looking for to meet their personal needs. Every business and every individual is unique in what can best serve them and I help them find the company that will provide the best service to meet those needs.

I help people with Medicare, health insurance, ACA, life insurance, disability insurance, vision, dental, investments, and I help businesses set up a robust portfolio of employee benefits. 

I have every major carrier that sells health insurance and Medicare in the state of NC at my fingertips including, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, Wellcare, SilverScripts, Trustmark, etc.
 

With over 20 years of successful management and hands-on technical experience in Information Technology Systems and Operations across the DoD community, I am a pragmatic and focused professional recognized for “making seemingly impossible situations work.” My diverse skills in web development, graphic design, and Information Systems and Service management allow me to tackle challenges creatively and empathetically. I am dedicated to making a difference in the community, advocating conservative values, and assisting those in need to foster a fair and just society. My leadership reflects the transformative power of perseverance, integrity, and compassion in driving positive change.

I work with businesses, brands, and organizations from a local, regional and national level to communicate their message to the Fayetteville, NC market and beyond.  Cumulus Media offers a complete portfolio of digital and broadcast solutions as well as out of the box ideas and promotional opportunities.

We are an entertainment company that provides DJ, karaoke and photo booth services.  We also provide DJ Trivia and DJ Bingo for events and restaurants/bars to help boost food and beverage sales.

My name is Annmarie Gay, I am originally from Portland Maine and have resided in Fayetteville NC for the past thirty years. My passion and experience have been building relationships and to be of service to others. I am so excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate. As a proud member of Era Strother Real Estate family, I value hard work, integrity, and providing informative solutions to clients in the real estate industry. When I am not making home ownership dreams come true for my clients, I enjoy spending time with my family and community service.
