Class: Legal Structures and Considerations

The selection of a legal structure is a complex business and tax decision based upon federal and state laws as well as intended business purposes and individual personality traits. Factors affecting the decision may be in a state of flux due to changing laws. The goal is to plan as best one can based upon the applicable facts, while also keeping an eye on possible flexibility. This course will introduce the various legal structures available in North Carolina, their respective pros and cons, and how to navigate the decision-making process.
