Healthy Kids Day at the YMCA

YMCA of the Sandhills invites the entire community to come out for Healthy Kids Day, a FREE event for families, April 18, 10 am-2 pm at both the Fayetteville YMCA and the Saleeby Family YMCA branches. 

Healthy Kids Day is the Y's annual event featuring a variety of family-friendly activities to encourage healthy kids, healthy families and a healthy start to the summer season. 

Sponsored nationally by Peanuts and Gatorade, Health Kids Day's mission is to prepare families for a safe, healthy and fun summer. Some featured activities include swimming, indoor and outdoor fitness classes for kids and adults, a rock climbing wall, bounce house and fun games and activities for all to enjoy.
