Equity Pathways: Workforce Tools That Expand Opportunity is an in-person chapter meeting hosted by SHRM Fayetteville Area and presented by NCWorks. This session will focus on how employers can use Work Experience (WEX) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs to responsibly expand access to work while meeting business needs.

Participants will learn how these programs function locally, how employers can pre-screen candidates with skill gaps to assess eligibility, and how workforce tools can support both organizational performance and workforce development. The presentation will be followed by Q&A and facilitated discussion.
