Billy and Kellie’s passion for growth and community partnership has driven the company from its initial start in a small metal building in Greenville NC to expanding to the Crystal Coast in 2024 and to Fayetteville in 2025.  As a family-owned business the expansion to Fayetteville expanded their vision of creating local jobs and supporting the areas it serves. The opening of this new location reflects their dedication to meeting the needs of the community while maintaining the high standards Superior Fence & Rail is known for.

Stacey Milan serves as the General Manager of Superior Fence & Rail of Fayetteville, bringing a strong foundation of leadership, discipline, and hands-on experience to every project. Her experience is uniquely blended by utilizing her expertise to lead teams in high-pressure environments, ensuring precision in both operations and customer service. With over 10+ years of experience in fence building and construction, Stacey oversees daily operations and works closely with customers to ensure every project is completed with the highest standards of quality and service. Known for her ability to build lasting relationships, she takes pride in helping homeowners bring their vision to life. Stacey has worked under the Superior Fence & Rail franchise for nearly 6 years and welcomes this new opportunity in the role of General Manager here in the greater Fayetteville area.
