Participants will learn how to accurately estimate the cost of goods sold (COGS) for their products or services by analyzing both direct and indirect costs involved in production or delivery. They will also explore a variety of pricing strategies—including cost-plus, value-based, and competitive pricing—to determine the most effective way to set prices that not only cover costs but also maximize profitability and market appeal.
