In this session, you’ll learn how to use the Business Model Canvas to map out the key building blocks of your business idea. We’ll walk through each section—from customer segments to revenue streams—so you can see how all the pieces fit together. This beginner-friendly, hands-on class teaches you how to apply the canvas to your own business idea, helping you better understand and shape your business model.
