SanStone Health & Rehabilitation provides rehabilitative care in NC to residents who are transitioning from the hospital to staying at home. We have a full staff of skilled nurses, physical therapists, nutritionists and more who are passionate about helping you achieve a full recovery.

Our rehabilitation center has independently owned and operated locations across the state, spanning from the Asheville area to Rocky Mount in Eastern NC.
