Our History

Founded in 2003 by Rick and Patty Arvielo, New American Funding started as a small call center in Orange County, California. Through innovation and dedication, we expanded, opening our first branch in 2012. Today, with over 282 locations nationwide and a servicing portfolio exceeding $71 billion, we remain a leader in mortgage lending. As a direct lender, seller, and servicer for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae, we’re proud to serve homeowners in all 50 states.
