Courtney Foy is a Franchise Partner of Burn Boot Camp Fayetteville, NC, where she leads with a strong focus on community impact, operational excellence, and people development. Under her leadership, Burn Boot Camp Fayetteville has become a top-performing gym within the Burn Nation.

Courtney holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreational Therapy with a Minor in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. She previously built a successful career in healthcare administration and national consulting, leading initiatives in quality improvement, operational efficiency, market feasibility, and strategic project management across the U.S.

Driven to serve military families and local residents, Courtney continues to expand Burn’s presence in the region. She is currently developing a Hope Mills location and has been awarded a third territory in North Fayetteville, strengthening Burn Boot Camp’s footprint and community reach.
